		<description>OK - so it looks like I was not entirely accurate. Icahn backed down, and Yang showed a lot of moxy to make that happen. Interesting to see how things unfold. An intact and stronger Yahoo would seem to make for a much better competitive landscape. At the very least, Yahoo Shopping is taking big steps forward.</description>
