It’s vitally important to know what’s happening out there for everyone to stay informed. If you run a CSE, maybe you haven’t heard from some of your clients directly. If you use a CSE, maybe you have important information everyone should know. It doesn’t matter if it’s good or bad, the point is that it’s heard.
