So everyone knows the housing market is in a serious slump right now, so what better way to get a great price than through shopping comparison engines?

One entry into this market is Zillow.com

If you are looking into buying a new home because you have either stayed above the real estate bubble, or perhaps just doing some well timed buying, then this could be a great place to start.  If you can find your way onto the MLS (multiple listing service) that realtors use, than perhaps you have another source to browse through homes for sale. Still, Zillow could fill a valuable niche as more shopping comparison engines are finding more creative ways to focus on consumer needs.
